Lotus Flower

In this meditation, you will connect with specific points of light in your body. As you follow the light points within you, they will activate and connect at a central point, your solar plexus/diaphragm area. As this occurs a beautiful Lotus Flower will emerge. The Flower will surround you and embrace you with love. This meditation is intended to assist you in relaxation and expansion.
