Saturn Flow Meditation

During this meditation you will begin with relaxing into your body and releasing any residual stress. Then you will fly into the Universe until you reach the large powerful planet of Saturn. Here you will be guided to move into the center of this planet and expand your awareness and open to deeper healing. You will then fly through space back to Earth and connect once again to your body. This mediation is designed to help you let go and trust your inner guidance and imagination. Even if you don’t see things clearly in your mind, do your best to allow yourself to feel any shift in sensation in your body.
